This Garam chashma (Hot Spring)about 5 to 6 miles from Darkot valley of Yasin Side. Stream is very hot. You can fill the tub with the help of the pipes and let it cool for half an hour then you can sit and relax and watch the glaciers infront of you. The best bath tub I ever sat in.The water gushing out of the spring has very high mineral content, containing everything from simple calcium to lithium, and even radium. Those visiting the spring have found the spring-water curative in skin and bone related diseases such as joint and knee aches.Darkut is a very beautiful village of Yasin Valley, in Ghizar district. It is the last village of Yasin Valley, moving towards Chitral. A glacier separates Darkut from Boroghil Valley, of Chitral. The local people speak Burushaski (Yasin) and Wakhi languages. At a distance of two kilometer is a hot spring, gushing from the ground, in front of the wild beauty of the majestic glacier.Darkot Pass 5451 m is famous Pass between Yasin Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan and Broghil Chitral of KPK. The trek,starts from Darkot village of Yasin and ends at Yarkhun Lasht. Although in summer jeep comes to The Iskarwaz. But we recommend trek through Kishmanja, Lasht to enjoy the Beautiful scenery and viewsof Koyo Zom 6872m and other snowing covering beautiful mountains on your way. An Alternate trek from Chikar to Ishkarwaz via Qurumbar Pass Qurumbar Lake and Shuij Glacier down to Ishkomann Valley or over Chilinni Pass to Chuprusan Upper Hunza. If you go to Ishkoman Ghizer which is 7 more days trek to Matramdan( Karakorum and Hindukush meet) on the jeep road from where you can drive to Gilgit.
